Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mail boxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
